How It All Began
One Neighbor Changed Everything
Before Village Estate Sales existed, there was James—a senior neighbor who became like family.
When his health began to fail, James and his out-of-town family asked us to help manage his estate after he passed.
We sorted through a lifetime of belongings, coordinated a successful estate sale, sold his truck, and prepared the property while keeping his family informed every step of the way.
When everything was complete, his family thanked us for lifting a burden during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
Their gratitude—and James’s final gift—changed us.
